Assistant Marketing Manager

Description   The CE NA Assistant Marketing Manager (AMM) will lead marketing on behalf of the CE Shared Sales organization. They will partner with Shared Sales Account Managers, Businesses Stakeholders, Distribution Partners, Technical and Marketing practitioners to develop and deploy targeted marketing plans and campaigns, with the objective of driving incremental growth. The AMM will utilize methods such as analyzing key metrics, and partnering with sales, accounting and marketing teams to develop plans and implement those plans through coordination with sales management and sales team members. This position will ensure focus on driving sales goal achievement.   Other responsibilities of the CE NA Assistant Marketing Manager include marketing communication strategies and tactics with customers and prospects through all appropriate channels, and providing direction/development of needed sales materials, collateral, and tools.  A key member of the marketing team responsible for the utilization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to execute marketing plans and campaigns. This position will create reports based on their analysis of sales and marketplace data as well as executed marketing initiatives. 50% Leads marketing planning, development, and deployment for Shared Sales Customer & Prospects Manage the Shared Sales Segmentation and drive execution of the segment marketing plans & strategies Own development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns for each segment Own & manage CE Shared Sales Marketing calendar and associated marketing campaigns Utilize SFDC Marketing and Sales clouds and other supporting tools Align and coordinate marketing initiatives with FIBI distribution partner(s), act as central point of contact for partner-like distributors for all Cargill co-branding marketing initiatives Partner with CE data & customer insights team to analyze and leverage customer and marketplace insights Identify a select group of high potential targets from the Shared Sales segmentation and strategically develop and deploy marketing campaigns targeted towards this group (Account Based Marketing)   40% Develop and deploy communication and sales activation tools Preparation and management of content and format of presentations for marketing plan execution Develop sales collateral materials in partnership with SME's Support Sales team understanding of value propositions and assist with communication of value propositions to customers Partner with CE MarComm & Digital team to execute components of marketing plans & campaigns Develop & deploy Account Based Marketing strategies and marketing plans & campaigns   Utilize existing tools to better enable success when execution marketing strategies Partner with CE MarComm & Biz Marketing partners to develop and execute lead generation campaigns Partner with CE & Business stakeholders to create a point of view around categories and execute marketing initiatives to grow presence in categories   10% Measures and communicates results of marketing initiatives Act as a member of the SSLT team as the marketing tag Measures marketing plan and campaign performance Monitor and analyze SFDC opportunity pipeline to seek to understand where there are areas for focused marketing initiatives Develop shared success criteria and metrics with customer teams that measure results both quantitatively and qualitatively. Partner with CE Sales Operations to understand GPS targets and develop marketing initiatives to assist the sales team in achieving targets  Qualifications   Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing 5+ years of B2B Marketing or sales experience Skills Passion to help Cargill succeed in becoming customer Partner of Choice Ability to engage Business stakeholders and hold team accountable Strong communications (written and oral) and analytical skills Excellent computer skills which include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially excel and PowerPoint), Salesforce.com, and other sales enablement applications or similar Information Technology (IT) systems Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks with solid performance / results Fast learner and innovative with technical and non-technical problem solving and organizational skills Able to think and act creatively, strategically, and tactically Proven ability to adapt to complex change Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment Experience with presentation and sales collateral development Travel Requirements Travel up to 10% WAY06908

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
