NA PRTP CASC Settlement Specialist

Description   This role will assist the NA PRTP CASC Settlement Supervisor to help ensure the successful migration of transactional work to the CBS Centers. Key responsibilities will be understanding the activities and processes of the different segments, monitoring key activities and metrics to ensure timely processing of transactions and assist CBS Centers with complex transactions, continuing level 2 training and support to effectively resolve issues.  This role is currently located in Wayzata MN, but may be located elsewhere in the US. 70% Business Partnering Monitor pre-established key metrics and coordinate efforts to continuously drive improvement. Work with NA PRTP CASC Settlement Manager to engage and empower our CBS Finance and CASCNA teams to act, collaborate and partner as one effective team, i.e. One A&F. Assist with balance sheet clearing items (Advances, freight, payables/receivables, unapplied cash etc). Find answers for any outstanding Credit to Cash (CTC) business related questions. Provide leadership and expertise to CBS and CASCNA in the following areas: Complex scalp & freight related transactions Lynx/Tow Works ERP systems CTC Past-due contracts Contract application/overfill/position Invoices/Payments Inventory adjustments, load/unlds, Settlements RIM 20%   Onboard, Train, and Coach Talent Assist CBS Supervisors with the onboarding, training and coaching of our CBS Finance teammates in Bangalore and Costa Rica, i.e. global teams.  10%   Change Leadership through Process Optimization Assist team through change by identifying and implementing process simplification, standardization and improvement, while proactively pursuing shared services optimization. Help create a culture of initiating change and driving results to both CBS and CASCNA teams. Collaborate with other Finance & Business leaders within CASCNA and Cargill to improve finance impacted processes. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
