Sr. Data Analyst

Description  This position is responsible for data governance and stewardship of the Protein data lake, including the SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and PROs applications. This role will actively partner with business stakeholders to understand data requirements, implement data governance principles, and execute required data changes and updates to support the business needs. In addition, this role will be a leader in implementing standard data processes, controls and quality measures to ensure the future enablement, stability, and integration of the solution as well as the future enablement of reporting and analytic needs. Principal Accountabilities75% - Data Governance & Stewardship Define and advocate the implementation of data governance principles across the Protein NA businesses to support the data lake integration with downstream applications and reporting Manage the CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) processes for harmonized master data in the Protein data lake Ensure the consistent use of harmonized master data attributes across the Protein businesses Ensure effective processes are in place for data integrity and data handling Define and develop metrics to manage the data creation process and data quality Act as a point of escalation and coordinator for master data support of complex issues impacting our businesses  25% Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization Provide leadership in identifying continuous improvement opportunities associated with Data management. Lead team through change by identifying and implementing process simplification, standardization and optimization. Address fragmentation of work related to Master Data across the businesses and product groups.  Continued learning and application of new learnings and industry best practices within the Protein businesses. Qualifications   Minimum Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience 5+ years relevant business, technology and continuous improvement experience 3+ years of SAP experience in SAP (as a User or in a Project role) Demonstrated ability to understand and use technology to improve process and control Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem solving and analytical skills Ability to partner and engage with shared services and centers of expertise (COEs) Proven ability to lead, coach, facilitate and communicate with individuals across a broad range of experience and functional spectrums Demonstrated flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity Demonstrated experience and success in managing virtual teams and motivating for high performance English Proficiency Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree or higher in Business, Systems or Finance 7+ years experience in a Data Analyst or Data Management role Experience leading an organization successfully through change Demonstrated ability to create a team culture of continuous improvement, process optimization, and intellectual curiosity Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and effectively navigate the organization to identify where expertise resides WIC04051

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
