Coldwell Banker is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work out of the Wayzata, MN office.This is a Part Time position requiring 25 hours per week.
Position: Part Time Luxury Marketing Coordinator
NRT Coldwell Banker is looking for a Luxury Markets Coordinator to assist with managing and coordinating all aspects of luxury home marketing, including National Brand programs, The Business Journal, and Artful Living. This individual will also be responsible for coordinating Local Operating Company efforts and independent Agent requests regarding acquisition strategies and individual marketing strategies. Additionally, s/he will prepare Upper bracket statistics in the form of market share and housing supply reports to Corporate and independent Agents, and coordinate networking efforts of our high performance Luxury Market Independent Contractors. This position reports to The Director of Previews, Distinct Homes for Coldwell Banker Burnet Distinctive Homes.
Essential Job Duties/Functions:
Assist with fulfillment of advertising contracts and commitments related to The Business Journal, Artful Living, and Homes and Estates. Prepare attractive emails to Independent Contractors, collection of submissions, and transfer of information to marketing partners.
Work closely with sign & publication vendors, copywriters, photographers, and publishers as necessary and required to facilitate the luxury homes programs within the region. Coordinate photography, copy editing, and final proofing of submissions.
Coordinate all niche marketing for the Luxury Division, including special events.
Coordinate weekly networking meeting agendas and tours. Prepare meeting agendas, tour sheets and social media postings for networking agents and Coordinators throughout the Twin Cities.
Prepare Luxury market statistics and reports. Responsible for maintaining databases and spreadsheets.
Provide other support to agents, offices, and members of the marketing team as needed.
Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Graphic Design preferred.
1+ years of prior related experience in a professional environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to proactively solve problems and meet deadlines.
A professional approach with strong customer service skills.
Creative, tech-savvy, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Internet competence. Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Social Media Platforms.
Other graphic, web and/or photography skills are a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
