Contract Analyst

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:


- Populate templates for master trade agreements, confidentiality, referral and/or other trade related agreements


- Coordinate with other contract teams, internal legal, tax, credit and other functional areas; as required


- Assist credit team in the preparation and distribution of new customer on-boarding documents including follow-up with customers as needed


- Forward internal and external customer contract inquiries to the appropriate functional area


- Send contracts to be executed through internal e-signature platform


Maintain and update systems with contract status / information

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
