Supply Chain Accounting & Finance Lead

The
FIBI NA Supply Chain A&F Lead serves as the main business partner to the
FIBI NA Supply Chain Organization across all FIBI NA business groups. The
role requires extensive and deep subject matter expertise to provide reporting
and decision support in order to monitor and enhance performance, create value
and help manage risk.

Key
responsibilities will include management reporting and complex decision support
work, identifying areas to drive optimization, and business/process improvement
in supply chain areas. This position will participate on key projects and
value capture initiatives. This position is a challenging opportunity to lead
and influence financial solutions to meet regional needs in alignment with
global group needs.

Principal
Accountabilities

70 %
Reporting and Analytical Support/Business Partnership Direct
business partner to the FIBI NA Supply Chain Leads and their respective
functional leadership teams. Uses extensive and deep knowledge of
Supply Chain operations to review key analysis and drive insights that create
value through enhanced decision making. This role advises on the design,
development and delivery of timely, accurate and consistent management
reporting across all FIBI NA supply chain areas. Translates business insight
into proactive decision support focused on inbound/outbound freight and
logistics and other supply chain processes. Using deep subject matter
expertise of business requirements and reporting needs in partnership with
FP&A and NA group Supply Chain leaders, and builds and integrates new KPIs
and metrics into reports.

20%
Process Improvement: Identifies and implements process simplification,
standardization and improvement for management reporting and decision
support. Enhances the analytical environment for Supply Chain and
Logistics by partnering with A&F and the BI team to drive efficiencies and
consistent use of business support tools.

10% Ad Hoc projects as assigned (terminal optimization projects,
DO initiatives, etc)

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree or higher
  • Proven analytical skills. Able to link financials to
    performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive change
  • Demonstrated capability to collaborate and execute
    cross functionally and with peers
  • Ability to communicate, influence and build trust
    across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple
    priorities and projects effectively and deal with ambiguity.
  • Prior experience partnering with supply chain,
    logistics, sourcing or operations
  • Experience leveraging financial and business systems to
    monitor business activities and aid in decision making
  • Demonstrated capacity to independently assess multiple
    tasks, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated for high performance
  • Ability to work through ambiguity
  • Plant or Supply Chain expertise
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience in supply chain areas
  • Use of business intelligence tool (Power BI, etc)
  • Experience with SAP and/or JDE software.
  • 10+ years business experience


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
