Position Purpose & Summary
Cargill is looking to accelerate business performance and drive improvement through focused initiatives that enable business growth and capture efficiencies that lower our cost to serve\. This position will play a strategic role in support businesses and functions in the North America region and will enable the changes across Functions and Enterprise structures to drive sustained value creation\.
The purpose of this role is to drive required change and value in a timely manner by partnering with business/workstream leaders\. As part of this, the person will facilitate the identification of key initiatives and value, serve as the point of contact, track/validate the transportation and logistics initiatives across the NA region and drive T&L value across the supply chain\. This position will own and support the development and advancement of the new Transformation Office \(RTS/ACI\) as well as to implement, drive, and ensure cadence of our new operating model within Business units and BOSC\. This position?s most critical deliverable include responsibility for ensuring the Transformation drives cash impact; for approving business cases; for highlighting financial trends that could hinder or accelerate financial impact; and for communicating the financial impact of the Transformation\. This position will be a key enabler by owning the process, coaching leaders and developing key transformation capabilities in the business\. Performance metrics of this role include the successful implementation of the TO processes, achieving value targets and the ability to drive change with financial focus\.
The Transformation Specialist own deployment at the workstream level, of the TO process and will oversee processes and activities that will drive improvement through focused initiatives that lower costs and increase top line margins\.
+ Participate in the development of a transformation plan which includes initiatives and financial objectives that will be owned by the workstream in the function/business\.
+ Change Leadership to transform behaviors and embed new business management processes to sustain performance levels\.
+ Carrying responsibility for the performance, development and engagement of the T&L team\.
+ Partner with Business Group Supply Chain Leader to optimize ability to extract value via CTL and vis versa\.
Principal Accountabilities
20% Strategy and Planning
+ Lead and coach Transformation workstreams to identify and act on overall value opportunity aligned with RTS approach and mindset\.
+ Work with TO COE to improve and deploy metrics, tools and approach consistently in the region\.
+ Drive change management to hone a mindset of bias to action to capture value from initiatives
+ Works with Transformation leadership to translate aspirations into clear targets and drive required change to identify and implement initiatives in a timely manner
+ Supports executive team in setting overall Transformation targets and overseeing appropriate resource allocation
+ Works with Transformation Officer and Workstream Sponsors to communicate targets effectively
50% Performance Management\- establishes and deploys proven Transformation
+ Establish and deploy proven Transformation approaches and process to accomplish the following:
+ Tracks and validates Initiative business cases and coordinates overall allocation of resources
+ Works with Initiative Owners and Finance teams to ensure consistent approach to valuation of Initiative impact \(including validating all Initiative business cases and setting key assumptions to be used across all Workstreams\)
+ Performs financial tracking of progress against commitments \(both value delivery and timing\)
+ Segregates the financial impact of the Transformation from baseline performance
+ Facilitates the removal of obstacles to value capture
+ Resolves resource allocation, project management, financial and risk issues together with the Transformation Officer, Initiative Owners, Workstream
+ Leads, Workstream Sponsors and other stakeholders as appropriate
+ Supports FP&A in integration of Transformation commitments with Budgets
25% Relationship Management & Alignment
+ Highlights developing financial trends which could hinder or accelerate financial impact
+ Clear ownership of specific workstream capability in either the BOSC or Commercial spaces to accelerate learnings and value\.
+ Performs trend analyses to forecast future monthly impacts and compare against monthly financial goals
+ Makes recommendations to resolve emerging issues or take advantage of positive trends
+ Anticipates and recommends solutions for financial issues that arise
+ Communicates the financial impact of the Transformation more broadly
+ Liaises with Finance function and A&F
+ Provides executive team adequate information and guidance to support its decision making

Qualifications
Required
+ Experience with Business Transformation activities supporting Supply Chain function
+ Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Procurement/Sourcing, Or Finance
+ Ability to critically review and improve initiative metrics
+ Experience and proven track record in project and change management \(broad scope and cross\-functional\)
+ Strong analytical capabilities
+ Experience and knowledge of Transformation process and proven ability to drive performance and health initiatives
+ Strong communication, influencing and motivation skills
+ Adept at operating across business and functional teams and leadership\.
+ Proven ability to successfully manage change, working in a matrix organization
+ Experience and knowledge of Transformation process and proven ability to drive performance and health initiatives
+ Travel to include up to 15%
Preferred
+ Knowledge/experience of Lean/Six Sigma is a plus
+ Advanced University Degree preferably in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
+ Experience leveraging the functionality of a Transportation Management System \(TMS\)
+ Experience with working in a large matrix organization
+ Deep understanding of practices in finance, commercial excellence, BOSC

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
