The Decision Support CCCNA Sr\. Analyst will be part of the Decision Support team in the Management Information and Decision Support \(MIDS\) domain\. The Decision Support Sr\. Analyst role is a challenging opportunity to lead and influence financial solutions to meet CCCNA regional needs in alignment with global Cocoa and Chocolate Group needs\. It will be a critical partner to the CCCNA FP&A Lead, CCCNA business process optimization \(BPO\) lead, and will be part of the global C&C MIDS network to ensure alignment of financial information and analytics to meet group needs\. This individual will serve a critical role in the business through development, consolidation, analysis, and communication of key business information necessary to enhance decision making across CCCNA\.
Principal Accountabilities:
Decision Support & Business Partnership ? 50%
+ Partner with FP&A Leads to deliver data and analytics solutions that yield actionable business insights\.
+ Drive alignment of data, partner with local A&R and MI teams to ensure accuracy and accessibly of data to answer broad based business questions\. This may include: Budgets, Forecasts, Variance analysis \(vs\. budget, forecast, previous month and previous YTD\), Driver analysis \(volume, price, mix, cost\), Product/Customer profitability, Cost analysis, SGA, working capital reporting etc\.
+ Responsible to understand organizational changes and Group, FP&A, and A&F reporting requirements in order to drive needed changes to system structure \(cost centers\), allocation methodology, financial solutions etc\. to facilitate accurate reporting and analysis\.
+ In partnership with FP&A, builds and integrates new KPIs and metrics into reports and dashboards\.
+ Responds to complex adhoc requests with constructive and high\-quality solutions\.
+ Bring regional needs to the global team to ensure data and analytics consistency as part of the Global CCCNA Decision Support network
+ Collaborates with Management Information team, BPO, Enterprise FPA, and IT to drive the use of new visualization tools/technologies and modeling/budgeting/forecasting tools/technologies needed to drive simplification, automation, standardization and general improvement across the financial data and information network\.
+ Build strong relationships with business partners \(Managing directors, IBP Lead, PMO Lead, FP&A Business Leads, Group FP&A Lead\) and become the key contact to deliver the key information and analysis needed to achieve the strategic goals of the business\.
Continuous Improvement\- 50%
+ Sits on the CCCNA BPO as the decision support tag driving process improvements via metrics, analytics, and data\- Including health metrics, and end to end process metrics/scorecards
+ Drives business requirements to MI, IT, and other partners as necessary to drive improvements and aid in prioritization and impact of work requests
+ Identifies and implements opportunities to improve the data integrity, standardization and overall usefulness of financial information
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Systems, Process, Analytics or related field\.
+ 6 years of work experience in finance, accounting, data, analytics or related field
+ Experience in the SAP ERP system
+ Proven ability to effectively communicate with and manage the expectations of senior management stakeholders to drive organizational and process changes
+ Strong analytical skills; capable of breaking down complex issues and identifying key drivers; can identify cross process upstream downstream impacts
+ Proven ability to influence, facilitate, and communicate with individuals across a broad range of education, experience and functional spectrums
+ Ability to prepare and deliver logical summaries and conclusions related to organizational metrics, analytics, and processes\.
+ Ability to take initiative and be results driven

+ Proven time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Six sigma or Lean Six Sigma
+ Experience in driving change through business process optimization team, integrated business planning team, and/or business transformation \(RTS\) effort a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
