Change, Communication, & Education (CCE) Lead

Position Purpose
The Change Communication & Education Project Lead (CCE), leads the effort to create and execute the communications and training plans, coordinates user role mapping activities, and helps the business manage the change of moving to the new ERP system. The CCE Lead will also assist and support the communication and change efforts conducted with customers, vendors, carriers, external manufactures, and 3rd party warehouse locations (enablement activities). The CCE Lead will assist with achievement of project objectives (scope, schedule, quality) and helps ensure successful deployment of the new ERP systems, processes, and enhancements. The CCE Lead will report to the Business Implementation Manager and will retain functional reporting to the Process Sponsor. The ability to develop an understanding of interdependencies across Process Areas and integrating with the extended management team is a critical skill for success in this role. The CCE Lead will work with the Global IT (GIT) CCE team (as Support) and Business Implementation Manager (as Approve) to determine the necessary CCE scope for the BU and localize all activities in the CCE portion of the Business Implementation Work Plan. The CCE Lead will execute the CCE Business Implementation Work Plan for BU/FN with support from the Global IT CCE team. The CCE Lead provides leadership within the BU/Function to identify potential issues and barriers to change and mitigate risks through effective change interventions by demonstrating personal commitment to the change and support of others. The CCE Lead will coach and guide core project team members to understand CCE-related activities and hold them accountable for execution.
It is expected that this project will last for 48 months, or the duration of the implementation.
Principal Accountabilities
35% - Change Role - Localize the Change Plan to ensure activities are scheduled and executed with focus on BU/Function leadership engagement and ownership in delivering quality change events and activities. Lead key CCE activities including validating change impacts and related action plans, role mapping, and change discussions. Coordinate Change Tracker survey completion, results, and action plans. Coordinate super-user planning/selection and executing on-boarding activities. Provide guidance and coaching for Site Leads, bringing them along the change journey, and holding them accountable for deliverables. Coordinate BU/Function change activities for all sites. Act as the single point of contact for the BU/Function change network.
25% - Communication Role - Build and execute the BU/Function Communication plans covering all SAP deployment-related communications for the BU. Work with the GIT Communication counterpart to prepare, adapt, and distribute SAP deployment-related communications, both internal and external; with support/approval from the BIM.
25% - Education Role - Working with the GIT CCE Lead plan education delivery, schedule training, manage logistics, ensure trainer availability, and measure Super User and End User training effectiveness results. Facilitate the storage of localized training documents for the BU.
15% - Stakeholder Enablement Role - Work with the GIT CCE Lead, PILs, and identified Enablement Leads within the business to manage and lead Customer, Supplier, Carrier, and Producer Enablement efforts. Hold Enablement Leads accountable for meeting deliverables by established deadlines.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
5 years of work experience in managing and leading change.
Strong people skills; capable of breaking down complex issues and identifying key drivers; can identify cross process upstream and downstream impacts
Proven ability to lead, coach, facilitate, and communicate with individuals across a broad range of education, experience, and functional spectrums
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
4 year degree or equivalent in communications or equivalent management experience
7 years of work experience in change communications, team coaching, or related field;
Previous experience leading project work in large scale projects and change management initiatives.
Advanced knowledge of coaching methods and processes
Knowledge of CASCNAproduct line value chains and work processes
Ability to build trust, relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization including senior leadership
Ability to influence at all levels within the organization
Ability to frame the change message and facilitate discussion with stakeholders including senior leadership
Experience with stakeholder management
Ability to embrace, learn and drive change in the organization
Ability to manage conflict for positive outcomes
Ability to lead the localized planning and execution of the CCE (People) portion of the SAP Implementation work plan with SAP support; identifying necessary integration points with other SAP implementation or business operation activities
Ability to develop and leverage a network of Site Leads and change agents
Ability to build change management capability with Site Leads, change agents, and other stakeholders
Very strong ability and appetite to learn and apply new

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
