Position Summary \-
This position is part of the broader Administrative Service Team providing support to the Senior Leaders within Cargill Starches, Sweeteners & Texturizers \- North America\. A strong candidate must possess solid interpersonal, analytical and prioritization skills\.
In this role, your strong ability to extract and manipulate data and information and compile it into meaningful reports and presentations through the effective use of MS Excel and PowerPoint will be essential\. You must be a highly organized self\-starter with good business judgement, have strong initiative and follow through skills and appropriately handle confidential materials\. This position plays an important role in representing the leaders through a high level of professionalism in administrative, organizational, technical and communication skills\.
Principal Accountabilities \-
40% \- Perform Administrative Processes
Apply detailed knowledge and expertise to provide complex administrative support to processes related to the delivery of operational/functional services to leaders and/or work groups
Calendar Management for leaders with very complex schedules\. Provide the necessary support to manage requests, appointments and deliverables in person as well as virtually
Oversee and implement change in office operations\. Ensure equipment, materials and space are used effectively
Coordinate webinars, Skype for Business meetings and possess the technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues\. Keep current on technologies
Work collaboratively as part of the Starches, Sweeteners & Texturizers \- North America Administrative Assistant team and provide back\-up support to peers when necessary
20% \- Data Analysis & Project Coordination
Utilize high proficiency in MS Excel to manipulate/analyze data and build reports
Organize, track and manage details for larger scale projects
15% \- Expense Report Management
Process expense reports in accordance with deadlines\. Manage all records and international VAT documents\. Reconcile discrepancies with traveler?s account
10% \- Global travel coordination
Plan and coordinate logistics for domestic and international travel
Manage passports, arrange for travel visas, manage leader?s travel profiles
When required, partner with corporate aircraft to reserve planes and coordinate logistics for travel
10% \- Meeting/Event Coordination
Under general guidelines, research, suggest & secure venues for regional & local meetings, plan and coordinate logistics, including catering , audio visual and other equipment and manage meeting related travel
Assist in the creation of meeting related materials including agendas and presentations
Coordinate registration, schedule appointments and arrange other details for leader attendance at industry conferences and meetings
5% \- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Qualifications \-
3 years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership
High school diploma/GED equivalent
High degree of professionalism ? this role has access to highly confidential information, the ability to exercise discretion while managing inquiries is critical
3 years of working experience using MS Office ? specifically Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and, in Excel, creating and manipulating complex spreadsheets
Ability to manage complex calendars requiring frequent schedule and travel changes with a high degree of efficiency, accuracy and professionalism
Excellent organizational & time \-management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to work independently and as a strong team player
Strong knowledge of web based communication tools ? Skype, WebEx
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexible, self\-starter with strong initiative, ability to be proactive, strong follow through skills
Shows interest and ability to improve processes and apply new technologies
Possess the flexibility to adjust work hours as needed
Experience in a global business
Preferred Qualifications \-
Associates degree

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
