Portfolio/PMR Manager

The Portfolio/PMR Manager position in GEOS Specialties tracks and manages performance of the innovation portfolio. Projects in GEOS Specialties involve concurrent seed and oil product development in phased approach across multiple geographies, often in collaboration with other Cargill BU's. This position is accountable for leading monthly PMR reviews on the NPSS portfolio and engaging the LT on project/portfolio deep dives at monthly PRT meetings. This individual may also be assigned to manage individual projects.
Principal Accountabilities
50% PMR Management ? Deliver monthly review of projected portfolio earnings 36 months forward for IBP and report on changes to plan. Assess portfolio performance based on previous NPSS product development results, generate accurate seed/oil product menus for the next 5 years, identify bottlenecks amongst projects and assess resource needs for the portfolio. Represent the PMO in Demand and Supply Reviews. Oversee implementation of innovation reporting tools, including Clarizen.
30% - Portfolio Management ? Organize deep dives on key projects and key program activities at monthly LT meetings. Identify and define accountabilities for the LT to marshal resources to overcome key project bottlenecks.
20% - Project Management - Deploy Cargill's PDP methodology and tools to deliver SS&O programs and projects. Ensure projects have clearly defined objectives, deliverables, scope and a Project Plan, which includes areas such as a business case, work plan, schedule, budget, resource plan, communication plan, change plan, IP plan, and risk plan. Successfully manage and monitor progress to ensure project objectives are delivered on time and within budget, and business results are realized. Regularly measure and monitor project progress to identify variances from the plan and make needed corrections
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in engineering, business, science or equivalent work experience
2 years of project management experience
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
PMI certification
Experience with IBP, PPM and PDP processes
Knowledge of oil chemistry, food science, genetics and/or molecular biology
Prior experience with oilseeds

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
