Commercial Excellence Digital and Marketing Communications Specialist

Position Purpose & Summary
The Commercial Excellence Digital Marketing Communications Specialist, North America (CE NA Marketing Communications Specialist) supports the planning, development, execution and reporting of integrated marketing communications and thought leadership programs that build brand equity and generate demand for our businesses. This position partners across the Food Ingredients and Bio-Industrial (FIBI) organization (including with FIBI NA businesses' marketing/sales/commercial leaders, CE NA Shared Sales team and the Enterprise Customer teams) and Cargill corporate functions (e.g. Corporate Affairs, IT, and others) to execute marketing communications tactics aligned with Cargill's Strategic Intent and the commercial objectives of FIBI businesses to help businesses meet their volume and financial goals.
This position will support and measure the effectiveness of FIBI NA's cross-business marcomm strategy and customer-focused marketing communications programs, leveraging all appropriate communications channels (including media relations, advertising, direct marketing, salesforce.com, trade shows, websites, LinkedIn, social media, paid search, and others), with the goal of driving increased awareness and leads for FIBI NA businesses by leveraging Salesforce.com (SFDC)
Principal Accountabilities
35% Supports FIBI NA digital marketing campaigns and social media execution with a focus on lead generation. Leads the process of aggregating content for the FIBI NA LinkedIn Showcase page, scheduling content and collaborating with our FIBI CE Europe team. Executes sponsored posts on LinkedIn. Leads development and creation of cross business and cross product line content for various channels. Provides overall program reporting and measurement for NA to key stakeholders.
35% Leads digital advertising execution with the goal of driving engagement and new leads, supporting the businesses / agency on collateral and tracking urls. Partners with agency on digital advertising agency execution and owns management of Google paid search advertising campaigns. Creates reports on the performance of the advertising campaign, utilizing Google Analytics.
15% Supports FIBI NA trade show activities, i.e. sales collateral, booth design, graphic development, prototypes and digital advertising.
15% Supports the reporting of key metrics to key stakeholders, including digital advertising campaign performance and media relations in a cohesive report covering paid, earned and owned media.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Business Administration or related field
5 years of integrated marketing communications experience, preferably in a large, matrixed multinational organization and/or within a communications firm with multi-national clients
Experience executing digital advertising, such as paid search, banner advertising
Experience reporting digital campaign metrics
Experience with Google paid search, social media campaigns, LinkedIn and Google Analytics
Professional writing and/or editing experience or other relevant work
Basic Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in one or more of the following industries: food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, foodservice, agriculture or media
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience in the consumer packaged goods food industry
Experience in providing input to digital strategy and executing integrated campaigns in the following communications disciplines:
Public relations / media relations
Advertising
Direct marketing
Online marketing
Sales materials
Trade shows
Proficient in the following tools / systems:
Google Paid Search
LinkedIn
Google Analytics
Demonstrated ability to build trust and productive working relationships with internal (e.g. leadership, sales, marketing and R&D) and external (e.g. media, industry organizations) stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to execute strategic communications plans tied to an organization's commercial objectives
Strong team player in a cross-functional, global setting
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Experience working with external agencies / vendors
Execution and process oriented, forward thinking, diligent and creative
Ability to collaborate with business partners
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects under tight deadlines

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
