is looking for an independently motivated and flexible individual to join our team in supporting our warehouse operations.
We provide high-quality custom apparel and host events in the twin cities and around the nation.
Job Description:
The warehouse associate will be collaborating with the production manager to ensure operations run smoothly in the warehouse and projects are completed in a timely fashion.
We partner with local athletic and marketing organizations to provide on-site apparel printing.
These events require sales reps to bring equipment and inventory with them to each site.
You will be responsible for preparing the equipment and inventory for pickup and restocking inventory once the materials have been returned to the warehouse.
We also offer pre-ordered custom apparel in various quantities to our clients.
You will be responsible for printing and packaging orders.
While clients are able to pick up their orders in person, we often ship products directly to them.
Shipping and receiving is a collaborative effort of our small operation.
Occasional trips to local shipping stores may be anticipated.
You can expect to be in the warehouse on Monday's to restock apparel and breakdown event equipment.
We typically do post-event inventory on Monday's to ensure that all orders wills arrive prior to the following weekend.
You will also be in-house on Friday's to prepare event equipment and apparel.
If inventory was ordered earlier that week, you will also be responsible for restocking.
Due to the fluctuations of our daily operations, scheduling will be flexible based on project deadlines and workload.
Outside of the event preparation, you will have hours mid-week for printing projects and cleaning.
Projects can range from 2-10
hours each week.
For larger projects with short deadlines, we will ensure you have assistance.
Cleaning tasks include keeping the warehouse tidy and organized.
We also have a rotating cleaning schedule for shared spaces that everyone contributes to throughout the month.
Additionally, applicants residence is not a determining factor to hiring.
However, shorter commute times may simplify the varying work hours each week.
Requirements:
1 - Must be able to lift 50lbs.
2 - Must have a valid driver's license.
3 - Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
