months contract with possibility of extensionREMOTEPays - $45- $55/hr W2 (depends upon experience) Skill :

years of direct experience deploying and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
( MUST HAVE ) Expertise in the core set up of SuccessFactors, the core object, business rules, process design, role-based permissions, and synchronization across the EC modules of TA, Compensation, Talent, Learning and Onboarding.
( MUST HAVE ) Prior experience with requirements documentation.
Ability to work across multiple project teams helping to define requirements and impacts.
Prior experience designing position management, the setup of the object as well as the integrated process of managing positions (creating, assigning, changing, etc.
).
Experience creating test plans and scripts.
