Your primary duties will include:
Creation/Management of a robust annual Camps/Clinics program Work alongside Tournament Management Company for the successful execution of the Tonka United tournaments Work alongside Rec Director for Tonka Blast and Opening Day kickoff events Supervision and development of Camp/Clinics Coaches Execution of professional and enjoyable player experiences Coaching philosophy, methodology and pedagogy Efficient and Consistent Scheduling of camps/clinics Comprehensive Communications Facilitates Parent/Coach Education Create all marketing, operational and administrative processes for the program Budgeting and financial projections Ensuring the safety and well-being of campers and staff Maintaining positive relationships with parents, campers, and community members Handling any issues or concerns that arise during the camp sessions Skills To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
Time management:
Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Guest services:
Ability to provide exceptional customer service to campers, parents, and staff.
Event marketing:
Experience in promoting camp programs through various marketing channels to attract new participants.
Events management:
Proficiency in coordinating logistics for events, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
Market analysis:
Understanding of market trends and competition to develop strategies for attracting new campers.
Customer service:
Excellent interpersonal skills to address inquiries, resolve conflicts, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Hospitality:
A welcoming demeanor and ability to create a positive environment for all camp participants.
