Generalist Paralegal
The ideal candidate will have experience drafting, issue spotting and negotiating contract terms and conditions. Will have direct contact with client businesses and clien's customers, suppliers and vendors relative to a wide range of legal issues. This could be via telephone or email. Collaboration internally with other specialty areas - eg employment and labor, IP, environmental, etc.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven experience with legal terms and conditions, including experience with these types of agreements: toll agreements, private label agreements, supply agreements, sourcing agreements, distributor agreements, consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements, amendments, other commercial-type agreements. Attached are questions to ask potential candidates.
Monday through Friday; 8am to 4:30 pm; 40 hours per weekEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
